PLANT PROTEIN · ILLUSTRATION, NOT A LOT PHOTOGRAPH

Desalted soy germ protein is a zero-antigen, high-protein raw material made from the low-salt soybean germ residue left after soy isoflavones are extracted from non-GMO soybeans. The residue passes through enzymatic hydrolysis, heating, drying, crushing and packing.

It offers good palatability, high digestibility, high protein, low toxin load and stable product quality. It also retains functional soy isoflavones, which support animal health and growth performance rather than simply contributing protein.

Adding 2 to 8 percent in pig, chicken, cattle, sheep and aquaculture feed to replace part of the soybean meal reduces formulation cost while holding performance.
